How did PSYCH-K® begin?

PSYCH-K® was originated in 1988 by Robert M. Williams, M.A. It was a response to the frustration that came with the realization that typical counseling techniques, which rely almost exclusively on “insight” and “motivation,” seldom create real and lasting changes. Rob has spent more than 30 years developing and improving PSYCH-K®. His background in both business and psychotherapy creates a results-oriented approach to personal change. PSYCH-K® was inspired by a variety of processes, some contemporary and some ancient. It deals with the part of the mind called the subconscious, which is capable of creating dramatic and lasting changes, quickly and easily.

Can PSYCH-K® cure physical health conditions?

It is important to know that PSYCH-K® is not a substitute for professional medical treatment, rather it is has proven to be a complement to it.
The PSYCH-K® approach is about transforming any limiting subconscious beliefs you have that may be related to your condition. Especially those that are stress-related. These beliefs are usually acquired in the early stages of your life, and often persist into adulthood, below the level of your conscious awareness.
There is a scientifically, well-established biological interaction between the mind and the body.  That is where PSYCH-K® may be of help to you.
In PSYCH-K® your condition is not addressed as a medical doctor would, using a diagnosis and treatment program.  In other words, with PSYCH-K® we do not diagnose or treat diseases. However, by using PSYCH-K®, you can change subconscious beliefs that may be influencing your health and wellbeing, both mentally and physically.  And, sometimes a condition improves dramatically just by using PSYCH-K®!

Until 1997, Rob was the only person teaching PSYCH-K®. Now there’s a growing number of carefully selected Certified Instructors, teaching PSYCH-K® courses all over the world. PSYCH-K® has been growing in popularity for over 30 years!  It’s not the latest fad in personal development that is often untested and unproven.  Instead, it’s a proven method for personal growth that has a strong spiritual component, not often found in other systems.  It’s a unique approach to subconscious belief change that is now being recognized as a breakthrough in personal growth and spiritual evolution. In addition to PSYCH-K’s significant contribution to the field of self-help, it is gaining awareness as an effective catalyst for self-realization.  It is often characterized as a kind of spiritual process with psychological and physical benefits.

Is there any scientific research about PSYCH-K®?

Yes! In addition to years of research in the field of what is usually referred to as split-brain research, which began in the late 1950’s, a contemporary study regarding PSYCH-K® specifically, was published in 2011. The study was conducted using contemporary, neuro-scientific protocols. The point of the study was to determine if the Whole-Brain Posture, used extensively in PSYCH-K®, could in fact create the desired bi-lateral, symmetrical, brainwave pattern that is desired for changing subconscious beliefs. In the fall of 2011, the results were published in three peer-reviewed journals, including the fields of neuroscience, psychotherapy, and business management. How long is a PSYCH-K session with you?

What happens in a PSYCH-K® Session?

In the first 10 minutes of our session, we will discuss your current situation or problem and identify what you actually want to achieve instead.

To transform the subconscious patterns that are influencing your undesired reality, we will employ a unique muscle-testing method to communicate with your subconscious mind. Through a series of change processes known as “Balances,” we will establish the necessary parameters to guide you toward your desired goal. Depending on the complexity of your issue, we may be able to address multiple concerns during the same session.

To make the most of our time together, I suggest familiarizing yourself with information about PSYCH-K® and how it works before our session. This will help you understand the process better and ensure a more effective experience.

How many sessions would I need?

Since everyone is unique, it’s hard to give a definitive answer to this question. However, the majority of people who have undergone PSYCH-K® change processes have found that one session is usually sufficient for addressing their issue. In rare cases, additional sessions may be needed, depending on the individual’s determination to change and any hidden benefits they may derive from the problem.

Some people may notice a change during or immediately after the session, while others may experience the desired change in the days that follow.

PSYCH-K® is an empowering method that allows you to regain control over your own life. It gives you the power to decide when and how you want to continue your journey.

How does online  sessions work?

There is a process called Surrogation that allows to effectively facilitate a PSYCH-K® sessions from a distance, just like in-person sessions. Surrogation involves the Facilitator using their own physical body to cooperate with another consciousness, even if that consciousness is not physically present.
